Last week my boss tried to sell me his Saturday's Sox tickets. I told him no thanks I'm saving for the post-season. He was like: well, good luck then. *sniffs at him*
Anyways, since the Pats, Bruins and Celtics' new seasons are all coming up, I've already had enough commitments to eat up my money for games in the rest of the year, should anything unhappy happened, God forbid, to the Sox.
Thanks to the trip to Hawaii, I don't feel the obligation to go either the B's Winter Classic (this one would singlehandedly break my bank) or the Pats' New Year game at Houston. But still, I've already bought the tickets to the B's' Rangers (pre-season), Capitals (season opener and Ovechkin), Canadiens (just because), and Penguins (Champs, Sidney and Malkin) games, and the ticket to the Pats' Jets game. I did give Celtics' Lakers game a thought, but the price was far beyond my reach, so I settled with these games. Besides, lh and I are going to Astros' Phillies game next Saturday - 70 dollars to sit in dugout seats. Awesome!
So, these are pretty much my games from September to November. I haven't committed to any December games yet, because I feel (at least for now) I should save some pennies for the Hawaii trip then. We will see. Maybe I'd feel like going to a Pats snow game.
Thank whoever who invented the Sports, otherwise my life would be so boring!
